Shaanxi Real New Technology Co. Ltd is incorporated in June 28, 2002 and headquartered in XiĄŻan, Shaanxi Province in Northwest China. The total amount of Register Capital is 35,000,000. It originally engaged in diversified business such as agricultural products as well as agricultural fertilizer, health care tea products, tridimensional autography technology and etc.
In early 2004, the Company decided to consolidate core business and split off the irrelated diversified business.  As a result, the Company is now engaged in agricultural products distributing and retailing.   Vegetable is RealĄŻs flagship product.  It is the first brand product of vegetable in XiĄŻan.  Besides, Real has been one of twenty-four largest vegetable supplier to supermarkets in XiĄŻan.  As Real enters retail, it has been the first and only convenient chain store specialized in agricultural products, operating 3 direct-invest stores in XiĄŻan.
Real is not only a retailer.  It integrates and organizes upstream resources in production and R&D.  It has own production center and contracted planting bases of over 150,000 mu ( 1 acre = 6.070417 mu)  in and nearby XiĄŻan.  In this way, Real develops and markets new breeds of improved quality and becomes the trend setter in edible agricultural products market.
